Payment related questions
Are all of your cards handmade?
Yes. All my cards are designed and individually handmade to order by me.
Do the cards include an envelope?
Yes. Each handmade card comes with its own envelope (white unless otherwise specified). LLC cards also have the additional option of a decorated presentation box instead of an envelope at an additional cost.
Can I customise the front of my card?
Yes. All handmade cards can be personalised to your own wording or occasion. Please check product pages for further details.
Whats a decorated gift box?
Is a white box which is lined with tissue paper in either a matching or complimentry colour to the chosen card, the lid will be decorated with a ribbon and bow and will also come in either a matching or complimentry colour.
Can I personalise the inside of my card?
Yes. All handmade cards can be personalised on the inside to include your own message. If no inside message if specified then cards will remain blank. Please check product pages for further details.
What size are your cards?
I currently use four different card sizes, please refer to the product description which will list the cards size.
How are the cards dispatched?
Luxury and boxed cards will be posted in an external box. All other cards will be individually sealed in cellophane and posted in a protective padded envelope. All large orders will be sent in a secure box and may require a signature.
How quickly can you process my order?
Orders will be posted by First Class Royal Mail. As cards are made to order customers should allow 48 hours (excludes weekends, bank holidays or closure dates) for a standard order to be hand crafted and despatched. Please note that despatch times may be longer during busy festive periods. If this is the case a notice will be clearly displayed in the shopping bag, prior to the checkout process.
For bespoke and larger orders (6+ more cards) customers should allow at least 5-6 working days for their order to be made and dispatched.
What if I need my order urgently?
If you require your order urgently please contact me BEFORE placing your order, to ensure I'm able to despatch your item in time for your chosen event.
Is postage and package free?
UK orders placed which are £20 or over (before P&P) will receive FREE postage and packing. Orders below this amount will be changed for postage and packaging and this is currently charged between £1.35 - £3.65 depending on the size and weight of the item/s ordered. Please see our delivery information page for further details.
Can you send my cards directly for me?
Yes. If needed, a personal printed message can be added to the inside of your card and sent via first class post directly to the recipient. You should make this clear on your order that the card is being sent directly to the recipient.
Can I place an order if I live in a non-UK country?
Yes. I am happy to take orders from other countries; however, they will be a postage and packing fee appropriate to your region. Delivery times will vary depending on the size of the order and delivery location. Therefore it is always best to order your card in plenty of time before your chosen event.
