Looney Lizard respects the privacy of every individual who visits my Website, responds to my interactive advertisements or sends me an e-mail. This Privacy Statement outlines the information I will collect and how I will use that information. It will also instruct you on what to do if you do not want your personal information collected or shared when you visit my website or send us email.
Looney Lizard has created this Privacy Statement in order to demonstrate my firm commitment to the privacy of my customers. The following discloses my information gathering and dissemination practices for my websites.
My websites use an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. I collect visitors' contact information such as email address and telephone numbers. Contact information from order forms are used to send order details and information to my customers from my company only. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary.
Looney Lizard will not sell personally-identifiable information to third parties, unless stated at the time of collection. We may share information with business partners. We are committed to giving you the choice whether or not we use your information for marketing purposes or share information with business partners.
Non-Personally-Identifiable Information Collected Automatically
In some cases I may collection information about you that is not personally identifiable. Examples of this is your IP address which can help diagnose problems with my server, and keep track of how many visitors my websites have had, what country they have come from and what browser version they use. At no time is your IP address used to help identify you.
IP addresses are unique numeric identifiers that are assigned to each computer browser accessing the Internet. An IP address, by itself, cannot identify you personally. However, when combined with other information provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your IP address can be used to identify the computer originating a message.
Similar to personally identifiable information, I will not sell non-personally-identifiable information to third parties, unless stated at the time of collection. I may share non-personally identifiable information with business partners.
All Payments from this site are taken through our payment processing partner Pay Pal to handle your card details. When you make a purchase “proceed to checkout” you will be taken to a secure server. At the bottom of the page you will see a small padlock or golden key that informs you that your information is encrypted and you are on a secure server (SSL). Also, in the address bar the URL should start with “https://”. This Pay Pal only uses the highest level of Internet Security. At no time will your information be in any danger of theft.
Declining email communications
I will only send email promotions or announcements to you if you have previously provided us with permission to do so. Although many customers appreciate the occasional email, I recognise the importance of your choice to opt out and you may unsubscribe from my emailing list by contacting me with your request. This will be carried out without any hesitation.
