After your order is placed

Once your order has been placed we will begin the process towards fullfilment, if you would you like to know more please either use the quick links below or scroll down the page to find out more.

Proofs and production

Once your order is placed: You will receive an information pack with wording suggestions and details to help you word your invitations. Once you’ve decided on your wording you will need to email this information to Sherrie.

Once we have received your wording: We will arrange a digital proof for each item & email these to you for approval.

Approve your proofs: Digital proofs will be provided for the items ordered for you to proof read before your items are printed. Each proof should be carefully read, checked (including spellings) & approved. To approve your proofs simply reply to the email sent stating your approval and that you’re happy with us to commence production.

Print & Production: Once we receive final proof approval, your order will be added to our works schedule for printing and production.  Customers should allow 4 weeks after proofs have been approved for their stationary to be hand-crafted and ready for shipping.

Delivered to your door

Shipping: Once your order is complete it will be checked and carefully packed ready for shipping. It is then shipped by a reputable carrier to the delivery address on the order. All orders will require a signature.

Delivery costs for orders are calculated by weight and you will be advised of the delivery cost when we confirm your order. However, if you live locally you may wish to collection your order, which is free of charge.

Please note Table Plans are always posted separately from the rest of your order, therefore, these do incur a separate delivery charge of £15
