Over the last few months as well as being inundated making all those beautiful cards, we’ve also been working hard to create several truly bespoke requests and somehow we’ve managed to find the time to make further improvements to our website.
Recent developments you may find of interest.
It’s quite exciting to see our lovely little website grow, with several updates being visual and easily visible, others not so, trying to improve the usability and speed of the website.
New Payment System
We are pleased to announce that back in late June we changed our main payment provider, which means customers will benefit from this in two ways:
- Customers are now able to pay directly with their credit or debit via the checkout process without leaving our website, giving you a seamless experience across all devices.
- Customers can still rely on safe and secure protection, with the additional benefit of 3D secure for card payments for larger orders.
In addition customers who prefer to use their PayPal can still do so, but without having to be transferred though to PayPal’s Website.
The provider is still with PayPal for secure payments, but are now using their latest system for seamless integration and account management.
Customer Accounts
Customer accounts have now been updated to a new look, in line with our new branding, and easier usability. Allowing customers to view a snapshot of their recent account activity, recent orders, update their account information and store multiple addresses, handy when you send your greeting cards directly to the recipients.
You can even store your card details with us which are securely stored in a digital vault with our payment provider, saving you time during the checkout process.
Reward Points
In addition to the above enhancements, customers will soon be able to earn points with us by spending, referring a friend or taking the time to leave a product review. It won’t be long before we will be able to provide customers with further details on our new loyalty scheme.
